تم تصميم آلة التحبيب الصغيرة لإعادة التدوير لإعادة تدوير قصاصات الأفلام البلاستيكية أو المواد غير المطابقة في الموقع، حيث يتم إدخال القصاصات أو المواد المعيبة بالداخل، فتقوم آلة التحبيب بصهر المادة وبثقها إلى حبيبات. يمكنك خلط هذه الحبيبات المعاد تدويرها مع حبيباتك الخام الأصلية بنسبة محددة، واستخدام الحبيبات المخلوطة لإنتاج منتجات الأفلام النهائية مرة تلو الأخرى.
No aggressive heating applied to melt the plastic materials, the movement of the screw will generate heat to half-melt the material, keeping the properties of the materials to the maximum.
The granulator adopts consistent natural air flow(generated by blowers) to cool down the pellets, no need to sink the strands extruded, no water will be added to the material.
Since it use low-temp technology, it won't release waste to pollute the environment. And due to the application scenery, the materials do need to be clean, and recycled onsite.
