In this application case, we are using the HD-110 plastic granulator to recycle the LLDPE resin packaging bags into pellets, the resin packaging bags are put directly into the feeding area of granulator, then the screw will drive and crush the bags and half-melt the materials with the friction temperature, then extrude them into strands(through a 80 count steel mesh to filter the impurities), the spinning knife will cut the strands into uniform pellets, all the pellets will be cooled down and sent via the pipes.

From the pellets picture, you can tell how beautiful the particles are, and more than that, because of the low-temp granulating technology applied, the pellets produced can be used to produce resin packaging bags just like the original raw particles.
