Small Recycling Granulator Machine is designed to recycle plastic film scraps or unqualified materials onsite, by feeding the scraps or defected material inside, the granulator will melt and extrude the material into particles, you can mix these recycled particles with your original raw pellets in specific percent, and use the mixed particles to produce the final film products again and again.
No aggressive heating applied to melt the plastic materials, the movement of the screw will generate heat to half-melt the material, keeping the properties of the materials to the maximum.
The granulator adopts consistent natural air flow(generated by blowers) to cool down the pellets, no need to sink the strands extruded, no water will be added to the material.
Since it use low-temp technology, it won't release waste to pollute the environment. And due to the application scenery, the materials do need to be clean, and recycled onsite.
