For large amount plastic film recycling, the HD-150 plastic granulator is here for you. It has a similar machine design to HD-110, but with a bigger size screw, and a much powerful 45 KW motor, This plastic granulator can produce 150 to 230 KG pellets per hour.
No aggressive heating applied to melt the plastic materials, the movement of the screw will generate heat to half-melt the material, keeping the properties of the materials to the maximum.
The granulator adopts consistent natural air flow(generated by blowers) to cool down the pellets, no need to sink the strands extruded, no water will be added to the material.
Since it use low-temp technology, it won't release waste to pollute the environment. And due to the application scenery, the materials do need to be clean, and recycled onsite.
