Esta pequena máquina de reciclagem de plástico do tipo fio com arrefecimento a ar foi concebida para reciclar vários tipos de plásticos limpos, como PP, PE, TPU, PLA/PBAT, etc.

Alguns materiais não podem ser reciclados num tipo de corte a quente como a HKD-75, e no processo de reciclagem não é permitido utilizar arrefecimento a água, por isso concebemos este tipo de fio com arrefecimento a ar; o extrusor principal irá fundir o plástico e extrudir os fios/barras de plástico, depois o transportador irá entregar e arrefecer os fios quentes com ventoinhas potentes, e finalmente a cortadora irá cortar os fios em pellets de plástico com forma cilíndrica.

Comparado com a tradicional máquina de reciclagem do tipo fio com água, este tipo com arrefecimento a ar é mais poupado em energia, e a melhor solução para materiais que não podem ser arrefecidos com água.

Low-temp Granulating

No aggressive heating applied to melt the plastic materials, the movement of the screw will generate heat to half-melt the material, keeping the properties of the materials to the maximum.

No water tank to cool

The granulator adopts consistent natural air flow(generated by blowers) to cool down the pellets, no need to sink the strands extruded, no water will be added to the material.

No Air Pollution

Since it use low-temp technology, it won't release waste to pollute the environment. And due to the application scenery, the materials do need to be clean, and recycled onsite.
