这款小型拉条风冷式塑料回收机专为回收PP、PE、TPU、PLA/PBAT等多种清洁塑料而设计。
有些材料无法在HKD-75等热切式机型中回收，并且在回收过程中不允许使用水冷，因此我们设计了这款风冷拉条式机型。主挤出机将塑料熔化并挤出塑料条/棒，然后输送带通过强力风扇输送并冷却热塑料条，最后切粒机将塑料条切成圆柱形塑料颗粒。
与传统水环拉条式回收机相比，这种风冷式机型更节能，并且是无法用水冷却的材料的最佳解决方案。

低温造粒
No aggressive heating applied to melt the plastic materials, the movement of the screw will generate heat to half-melt the material, keeping the properties of the materials to the maximum.
无需水箱冷却
The granulator adopts consistent natural air flow(generated by blowers) to cool down the pellets, no need to sink the strands extruded, no water will be added to the material.
无空气污染
Since it use low-temp technology, it won't release waste to pollute the environment. And due to the application scenery, the materials do need to be clean, and recycled onsite.
