HKD-75S Small Strand Type Air Cooling Plastic Recycling Machine Line for PP PE TPU

This small strand type air cooling plastic recycling machine is designed for recycling varied types of clean plastics like PP, PE, TPU, PLA/PBAT and etc.

Some materials can not be recycled in a hot-die cutting type like HKD-75, and in the recycling prcoess, there are not allowed to use water cooling, so we designed this air cooling strand type, the main extruder will melt the plastic and extrud the plastic strands/rods, then the conveyor will deliver and cool the hot strands with powerful fans, finally the cutter will cut the strands into cylinder shaped plastic pellets.

Compared to traditional water strand type recycling machine, this air cooled type is more power-saving, and best solution for materials which can not be cooled with water.

Low-temp Granulating

No aggressive heating applied to melt the plastic materials, the movement of the screw will generate heat to half-melt the material, keeping the properties of the materials to the maximum.

No water tank to cool

The granulator adopts consistent natural air flow(generated by blowers) to cool down the pellets, no need to sink the strands extruded, no water will be added to the material.

No Air Pollution

Since it use low-temp technology, it won't release waste to pollute the environment. And due to the application scenery, the materials do need to be clean, and recycled onsite.
